Here is a tap list... with maybe a few surprises in store as well...

Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break- An Imperial Stout brewed with almonds, vanilla beans and coffee. The Roman Empire had a certain “je ne sais quoi” festive food culture, extravagant architecture and spectacular live entertainment. Some might argue the Emperors were brutal, mad and hungry for power, and the people vain when taking baths and working out all day. Listen – that’s still all part of the secret Imperial ingredient – keep it cool, clean, confident, arrogant and flamboyant. 11.5% ABV

Evil Twin Ashtray Heart- Amazingly rich, seductively dark and smoking good smoked imperial stout. Yes a real heartbreaker. We recommend only the truly skillful, heavyweight beer champions to battle this awfully addictive and overpowering smoked Stout. Careful this is the real deal with a minor Placebo effect.

Evil Twin Femme Fatale- To take up the challenge and make a 100% true Brett beer (this one is an IPA) can very easily become a fatal attraction for the Brewmaster. Ones you get acquainted with Bretts irresistible, seductive, alluring and very charming nature, it will ensnare you and drive you to the point of obsession to create the desirable tangy, funky, tart flavor in ya mouth.

Evil Twin Yin- This is one half of a Black and Tan drink. Not just any Black and Tan but the one where a toasted smug and a hoppy fella get together and make a sublime Taiji balance. Mix the Yin & Yang together (or just enjoy this profoundly evil Imperial Stout solo).

Evil Twin Yang- This is one half of a Black and Tan. Not just any Black and Tan, but the one where a toasted smug and a hoppy fella get together to make a sublime Taiji balance. Mix the Yang & Yin together (or enjoy this flipping good Imperial IPA solo).
Stillwater Folklore- Human history is filled with myths and legends that shape and define our culture. Rituals, celebrations, gatherings.. whatever. One thing that’s for sure, is we enjoy a proper shindig. So let’s get the stories flowing and share a little ’Folklore’. A bracingly deep ale, built dark and rich with an elegantly lean body, accompanied by heady aromas of Belgian yeast, earthy hops and gently kissed by a wisp of smoke.

Stillwater Of Love and Regret- For the first edition of the Stillwater Import Series I traveled to the village of Beerzel, located in the Antwerp province of Belgium. Here I teamed up with brewmaster Jef Goetelen to craft an authentic Belgian version of my liquid interpretation of the Spring season. A recipe originally contrived a few years prior as a collaboration brew with my good friend Paul Kretzer. The base is German barley & wheat, with a touch of Belgian aromatic; accented with grassy hops and an array of spring botanicals (heather, chamomile, lavender, & dandelion). Like a fresh meadow in spring.

Stillwater Sensory Series Volume 1: Lower Dens- The Stillwater Sensory Series is a collaboration between Stillwater Artisanal and singular musical artists. In this first collaboration, Stillwater works with Lower Dens to make an ale based on an interpretation of their song, "In the End is the Beginning." On the bottle itself, a QR code will link to an exclusive Lower Dens performance of the song. Ultimately, this is a true artistic collaboration that aims to create a full sensory experience - sound, sight, smell, touch, and taste brewed with

Stillwater Stateside Saison- Stateside Saison pays homage to old world tradition while celebrating new world innovation. Naturally brewed with the finest European malts & fresh aromatic hops from the United States & New Zealand. It’s then fermented using a classic farmhouse ale yeast and bottle conditioned to enhance stability. The outcome is a beer of unique design and exquisite taste, showcasing some of the best attributes of modern-day craft brewing.
